FAQ

Orders are packed and shipped Wednesday through Saturday Only. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Please make sure all information is correct before completing  the order.

Sunday House Co. is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.

 At Sunday House Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Sunday House within 2 days of delivery.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us at sundayhousecandles@gmail.com for further details.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via UPS or USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with UPS or USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you file a claim with UPS or USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.

If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (minus shipping cost) and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. 

If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be issued a store credit (minus shipping costs) once it is confirmed that Sunday House Co. has received the product.
